Revenue Sources

This statement is published for transparency under the Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing (COPE / DOAJ / OASPA / WAME).

• VIJLMSS is an open-access journal published by ScholarVertex Publications. It is funded by the publisher. The journal is currently operating a launch-period waiver: no submission, review, or publication charge is made. If Article Processing Charges (APCs) are introduced, they will be announced in advance and waivers and reductions will remain available (see the Article Processing Charges and Waiver Policy pages).
• The journal does not sell advertising space and does not derive editorial revenue from third parties.
• Editorial independence: decisions to accept or reject are based solely on scholarly quality and fit, and are entirely independent of payment. A submitting author’s ability to pay never influences editorial decisions, and editors and reviewers are not paid per acceptance.
